SHIPPING POLICY Q: Is the Covid19 Pandemic affecting your print production times? A: We have not experienced any loss of print production due to the pandemic at this time. Q: How long does shipping take? A: Standard orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, and are shipped as soon as they are printed. (Barring any unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control.) NOTE: Since the COVID19 Pandemic began, we've noticed many shipping carriers are slower than normal at executing their deliveries and can take an extra day or two in some cases to arrive. We will email you a shipment notification once your order ships. Q: Can I pick up my order? A: If you live close to our printing facility in Phoenix, Arizona, please, by all means, stop by and see us! We would love to meet you. Q: If I pick up locally, will I still charged for shipping? A: No. Just select “In-Store Pickup” when you're placing your order under the shipping section. Q: What's the physical address?
