A: Standard orders are processed Monday thru Friday, excluding major holidays, and are shipped within 10 business days (barring any out of the ordinary circumstances beyond our control).
We will e-mail you a shipment notification once your order ships that have a tracking number and estimated delivery date. 

 A: This is a temporary hold on your credit card placed by your bank/credit card company. They will remove the hold in 3-5 business days. Your order will not be captured, charged or processed.

A: Once your order is confirmed we immediately begin processing your order and cannot cancel your order. We do offer easy returns.

with a photo and your order number and we’ll happily take care of you.

A: We are required to collect sales tax for the state of Arizona only.

A: If you live close to our printing facility in Phoenix, Arizona, please, by all means, stop by and see us! We would love to meet you.
