Q: How long does shipping take?

A:
Orders are processed Monday thru Friday, excluding major holidays, and are shipped within 7 business days.

We will e-mail you a shipment notification once your order ships that has a tracking number and estimated delivery date. 

Q: I tried placing an order but it didn’t go through and it’s showing up on my online banking app as being charged.

A:
This is a temporary hold on your credit card placed by your bank/credit card company. They will remove the hold in 3-5 business days. Your order will not be captured, charged or processed.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A:
Once your order is confirmed we immediately begin processing your order and cannot cancel your order. We do offer easy returns.

Q: Can I add or remove items from my order?

A:
Once your order is confirmed we immediately begin processing your order and cannot add or remove items from your order.


Q: What if I need to change my address?

A:
Once your order is confirmed we immediately begin processing your order and cannot change your address on the order.

However; If you’re wanting to change your address on your twistedgearinc.com account, simply login to your account and update your information in the appropriate area(s).

Q: Why didn't my discount code work?

A:
Please make sure you entered it correctly. If it still doesn't work, it may have expired. Email us at help@twistedgearinc.com and depending on the circumstances we will most likely issue you another one free of charge.


Q: What if an item in my order is damaged or defective?

A:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, email help@twistedgearinc.com
with a photo and your order number and we’ll happily take care of you.

Q: Will I be charged tax? 

A:
We are required to collect sales tax for the state of Arizona only.

Q: Can I pick up my order?

A:
If you live close to our printing facility in Phoenix, Arizona, please by all means stop by and see us! We would love to meet you.

Q: If I pickup locally, will I still charged for shipping?

A:
No. Just select “In Store Pickup” when your placing your order under the shipping section.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

We do not sell our products outside of the United States of America.
